As a registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario, I am licensed to provide psychological services including diagnostic assessments to children, adolescents, and adults. My higher education began at York University where I received a Bachelor of Arts (Specialized Honours) in Psychology. I then received my Master of Education and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Toronto. In accordance with the regulations of my College and the Canadian Psychological Association, I abide by all ethical standards and quality assurance guidelines.
It has been my great pleasure to provide well over 20 years of professional services in public, private and corporate settings. For many years I worked as a consultant for the Toronto District School Board where I provided consultation services and psychological assessments to children and adolescents with developmental, learning and behavioural challenges. I have worked extensively on Individual Placement & Review Committee (IPRC) panels and I continue to advocate for struggling students.
In my work with adults, I have worked extensively in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, personality disorders, family and relationship difficulties, crisis management, career related stress and mental health promotion. I am trained and experienced in providing a wide variety of psychological assessments for adults including assessment of learning and diagnosis of clinical disorders.
